I love my Meepo board. Recently I had an issue with the hub motor so I reached out to the support team. My experience was 5 star. The genuinely valued me as a customer and helped me resolve my issue super fast. Now I can get back to doing what I love, cruising on my Meepo.
Well it seems Meepo not only makes a fantastic innovative product but has fantastic customer service as well. They where quick to make sure I was more then happy with my purchase and followed through with a small issue I had to make sure I got what I needed . I enjoyed the mini 2s so much I had to order a shuffle s to try next. My girlfriend said if I buy another meepo board she might leave: looks like I'm going to miss her😜🤷🤣
Bonnie was absolutely fantastic when it came to customer support. I have zero complaints, she went above and beyond. My issue arose on March 27th when I first sent an email and by March 30th I had received a tracking number. I love my meepo v4s and plan on purchasing v5 soon hopefully!
I got the Meepo voyager X due to its amazing specs and being the ideal board for what I needed. Everyone warned me about the customer support, and how awful it is… but when my remote had an issue and started rapidly accelerating mid ride through me off the board , then not turning on, I was worried I would not be sent a new one. To my surprise, they helped with the issue and it only took 3 days to get everything sorted out. Everyone was super respectful, and made my life extremely easy. I am very satisfied and am here to tell you that their customer service seems genuine and they actually want to help. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Was so excited to get my brand new mini 2s ER. I unpacked it, read through all of the documents and materials and brought the board outside to give it an initial ride. Within 1 minute, the back wheel/hub motor flew off as I was going about 10 mph. I contacted support right away but it is difficult to get ahold of them since I believe they are based in China (12 hour time difference). I had to send pictures of the problem and the solution was them shipping me a new hub motor to install myself. I am still waiting on the replacement to be shipped but I am hopeful that it works. It just stinks that I payed $600 for it to break right away and now have to fix it myself… The board itself seems to be solid though and hopefully it is just a fluke since all other reviews seem to be very positive. I will be happy to update my review after receiving/riding with the new motor.**update - The board originally took 1 week to get but now I have to wait an extra 14 days to get a replacement part so I can fix it myself.
