Just wanted to say, this board is the greatest thing that EVER happened to me!! My MEEPO Hurricane Bamboo has been through everything and more snow, sand, dirt trails EVERYTHING. The battery is never ending still and I’ve had it for over a year approaching two years. Working on purchasing my next board now! Thank you for making quality boards, your changing lives.
I got my meepo envy board in October and I love it. I recently had problems with the battery. After charging it and turning it on, the battery lasted about 30 seconds before dying. I sent a video to meepo explaining what was wrong. Their response was prompt and they are now in the process of sending me a new battery. I really like the way meepo handles things, and I will be a repeat customer.
Meepo have become a scam in Europe. I ordered a board on black Friday for around $600 and looked forward to get it soon as I have gotten two fantastic boards from them in 2020 and 2024.But this time, customer service simply lies and says it will come in stock "next week" because it's currently in transit to European warehouse. They promised before Christmas, in January and now they don't know when it will come (it won't come). They withdrew my money the day after the order and now refuse to return the payment and says that.net is different from .com. Which is simply a lie.Really sorry that they have become a scam company.
I am sharing this to inform other buyers.I ordered and paid a Meepo board (≈500€) on September 23. More than 4.5 months later, nothing has been delivered.• No delivery• No tracking number provided• No customs document• Customer support stopped replying• My order has disappeared from my Meepo accountFor months, Meepo claimed the board was “stuck in customs”, but never provided:– any official customs document– any MRN number– any transport proofDespite over 3 months of repeated exchanges, nothing was resolved.Meepo Europe says they cannot help.Meepo headquarters says they cannot intervene.Refund and reshipment were both refused.This is not a delay. It is a paid order with no delivery and no resolution.It is unfortunate that giving 0 stars is not an option.
This E Skateboard company is outstanding ! I purchased a Hurricane Vader geardrive after comparing many many others on the market and concluded this machine is far superior than any of their competition of the pricepoint. They stand by their product and provide excellent customer service. Meepo for life !
