Review Time
I bought a shuffle V4 back in October and it has been running amazingly. Rode it in wet and rainy conditions for the most part, due to Seattle's weather, with no damage to the motor or battery, except damage to the bearing. Decide to replace it with a 105mm hub kit, and a slight problem occurred with the sleeve that arrived, and customer support was quick to respond in a timely manner, and replace it for me.
My 11 month Hurricane died a few weeks back. Ive contacted Meepo and theyve been amazingly helpful. Im in the UK so Meepo being on another continent has not been an issue. Based on the after sales service that ive had i will continue to buy my spares from Meepo and, i will be wanting a different type of board soon...i will return to Meepo for that purchase. Great service Meepo and many thanks Bonnie for the aftersales service helping me with my Hurricane.
Customer service was great. Sadly my meepo shuffle V4S stopped working only 2 months after using it. I didn't drive in the rain at all it just didn't want to turn on anymore. First meepo sent me an ESC and it didn't work so now they are mailing me a battery. Hopefully that gets my board running again but the customer service was good
