I ordered a new motor for my Meepo mini 2, emailed the team for some advice and got through to a legend called Danny. He let me know that the motor I ordered was not compatible with my Meepo, Danny the hero send out the right motor for me no charge or fee's and completely saved the day. I highly recommend Meepo and the customer service I have received has been outstanding, I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Danny you are a true hero! many thanks bro.
Holy guacamole what service. I kept coming at them with more questions and they kept coming at me with more answers. I would’ve thrown me in the trash but they just threw me all the help I needed. Due to time zone difference every time I asked a question I woke up to an answer! Which unfortunately for them gave me time to think up another question. Can’t thank them enough for sticking with me through it all. So excited to get the board back on the road!!
I contacted their support team when my battery started acting up and not charging. The battery read 100% when it was clearly dead. Luckily, it was still under warranty. When I contacted the team, all I had to do was send them my order/tracking number, order email, and a picture or video of the problem that was occurring. They got back to me relatively quickly and are sending me a brand new battery right now that will arrive within 1-2 weeks.
I've had Meepo boards for the past 4 years and I have been a huge fan of the products and company. Starting with the V2 to the V3 and NLS, to owning a hurricane. I've also tried seeing if the grass was greener on the other side with other companies and I was sadly mistaken and came right back to MeepoCustomer support in the past 8 months has been very helpful, timely in response, and accommodating for when things don't work correctly, as to be expected with literally any company. I ride at least 2-3 times a week and have friends ride, I plan on being a long term user of Meepo for the foreseeable future.
I accidentally ordered 120mm cloud wheels for the hurricane but I needed them for my voyager. The belt size is different. Meepo is sending me the correct 265mm belts at no charge. I've made meepo my e skateboard brand so I'm glad to know they backed me up when I needed it
