Review Time
So I emailed support as requested about my referral bonus that for some reason is just too much to ask for, on Nov 25th, still no response from them. Why don't you guys want to help me out with this? I don't understand. I've already done this once, but I'll do it again. December 1st still no referral bonus or any contact of any kind from support or anyone from mega Bonanza. I'll take these down if they'd ever fix this.
Update- They made it right and awarded my account. Thank you!I still am waiting for my complaint to be addressed. I keep being told it needed to be reviewed by upper management. I still have not heard back and its close to a week now. My first complaint on the subject has been over a week ago. I asked for credit to be placed on my account considering I had to contact customer service 4 times for the same issue and was not given that. I will consider changing this review once my complaint is addressed and corrected.
