Do not waste your money on this platform... I have made deposit after deposit, building one game up after another. Thinking that one of them's going to got a hit, right? I get the bonus and it's trash. Hell I'll even give the game a second chance. Hit the bonus again and it's trash!! I moved on to another game and then on to another and another. Only to get the same outcome. I have won $1,000's on other platforms and I know damn well what I'm doing. Again, don't waste your money here....
Paid $29.99 for 30sc and 25 free spins and never recieved my free spins. I contacted support and was told it will take 48-72 hours to recieve my spins due to heavy traffic on the promotion 😑. Disappointing, why not put that disclaimer out on the promotion. I wouldn't be surprised if I never recieve my promotion. I spent alot of money on this site and never win anyway. Megabonaza sucks. I purchased a pop up promotion that offered twenty five free spins twice once I realized I hadn't received the free spins.I contacted customer service and was told that they were aware of the problem that so many people had purchased the promotion that it had caused a problem in the system and bet by we're working on it and they would let me know something within 24 hours. So the next day after not receiving my spins, I contacted them again and was told that they were still working on the issue and that I would see the spins within 24 hours, 24 hours later, after not receiving the spins. I contacted them again and was told that they were manually going to credit my account. The 50 free spins and that I would receive an additional bonus for my trouble. 24 hours later, still nothing. Well, it's been 7 days. I still have not received my spins, and they have stopped responding to my customer service. Tickets, I spend a lot of money on this.Website, and I really am unsatisfied with what is happening
I have been very pleased with this platform, a lot of good games to play. Customer service was quick to talk to me. And so far payouts are really nice. I redeemed and it’s in pending I would greatly give 5 stars once I see that I did throw my money away since this will be my first large redeemed. It is a bit nerve wracking that there is a long wait to receive a responses that redemption was approved. I hope everything goes smoothly as I really enjoy this platform and would love to play in the future, but for now I sit and wait to see if it goes through before spending any more.
