After several emails to support, that have never been replied to and chats with support, asking for help resolving issue with promo packages I bought that included free spins that I never received, I still have gotten no resolve. I am a daily player and have spent a lot of money on this platform. I have left 5 star reviews for their quick payouts, however, I am deeply disturbed by their lack of effort to give me what I bought. I am not asking for anything free! I am asking to get what I bought. In my last review they said they reached out to me privately. I got an automated email just asking for name, email and reference number. I have no idea what reference number they are requesting. I gave the information and they did not reply. There is no place to explain my issue on that automated email. So, I would say they DID NOT reach out to me resolve. I am disappointed that my loyalty, time and money that I have trusted them with is not a priority to them. I would have expected some resolve by now. Players beware.
Do not waste your money on this platform... I have made deposit after deposit, building one game up after another. Thinking that one of them's going to got a hit, right? I get the bonus and it's trash. Hell I'll even give the game a second chance. Hit the bonus again and it's trash!! I moved on to another game and then on to another and another. Only to get the same outcome. I have won $1,000's on other platforms and I know damn well what I'm doing. Again, don't waste your money here....
