Update- They made it right and awarded my account. Thank you!I still am waiting for my complaint to be addressed. I keep being told it needed to be reviewed by upper management. I still have not heard back and its close to a week now. My first complaint on the subject has been over a week ago. I asked for credit to be placed on my account considering I had to contact customer service 4 times for the same issue and was not given that. I will consider changing this review once my complaint is addressed and corrected.
Scammed site. RTP is set to zero which means you will not win here. They are owned by B2 services OU and are not based in the US, which means they are not regulated and they lie about their RTP. Do not play here as they wil scam you!!Response:When thousands of players buy in and get zero redemptions then your RTP is literally zero.
