I love the fresh jewelry designs. They are truly modern but elegant enough to be passed on to others. The quality is fabulous as well....and the customer service is just as great. I've been a Mejuri customer for just over three years and I will continue to be.
I’m a loyal customer but 2 experiences have changed my opinion. 1 I had a bad experience at your Glendale store. I was accused of slamming a bracelet that had a faulty lock. I didn’t appreciate the accusation. And two, the Black Friday sales weren’t great. I had been waiting to buy I diamond bracelet but I went w another brand that had a better deal.
My shopping experience online was the positive, and I love the pieces I ordered. There was too much packaging, but I loved the experience of opening it. It truly made it feel special. I only say this because I’ll likely just recycle it. Maybe if there was an option to return it to a store to be reused.
