Helpful Staff and Gracious Exchange/Return Policies

I had purchased some beautiful earrings about a year ago and the clasp had never worked correctly, so I was unable to wear them. I never got around to returning/exchanging them until one day when I was passing by the storefront on 4th and thought I'd ask. Your staff helped me find a solution and share store policies that allowed me to exchange them, which I didn't even realize was an option after that much time. Instead of losing $200+ (which I had mentally accepted), I left happy with a new pair of beautiful earrings.
