Stylist & cashier both said they would include gift receipt at the Yorkdale location, no gift receipt was included in the packaging and I had to give the gift day of. Tried to call the store and no one picked up, left a message asking to get a gift receipt emailed and no one followed back up. Bad customer service.
I gave a review about the 14 k diamond medium hoop turning my ear lobes black where the gold has contact on my skin and I responded however the allotted picture in MB to prove my blacken earlobes can not be shared because my picture is 4.6 MB and the allotted MB is only 3 MB so I cannot upload my picture as proof. I asked for an email where I can upload the pictures as proof but never heard back from Mejuri
On a visit to NYC I walked past a Mejuri store. I stopped in to see if they still had earrings I had purchased a few years ago. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately that style was no longer available. However I found a wonderful replacement. The entire experience was wonderful. Professional and friendly.
