I purchase a ring for my sister for Christmas in the Marylebone store. I had a brilliant experience, great customer service, & I even bought myself a gift too.My sister’s ring turned out to be too small. I popped into the Covent Garden store to see if I could exchange, and the experience was brilliant. The team offered to send a replacement ring in the new size directly to my sister (not London based) which saved me the hassle of having to re-post. Brilliant customer service.First time purchasing from Mejuri - I’ve now got my eye on a wedding band!

They overcharged me for an exchange and did not return my money until I realized and called. When I called them, the woman sounded like she knew exactly what I was talking about… seemed like they only returned the money because I found out.
