Went into the store, just before Christmas, purchased a gold ring… When my daughter opened it up on Christmas Day, it was the wrong sizeWe had to travel from Hamilton back to Toronto as they could not return it through UPS. At our expense.When I arrived at the store and explained to the sales associate what happened, and how disappointed I was, and how disappointed my daughter was on Christmas Day to get a ring that she couldn’t wear, and the fact we had to travel that far back, she said well did you get it taken care of now in a very rude, inter, sarcastic mannerVery displaced with the service
I've bought many pieces of Mejuri jewellery. The solid gold pieces are pretty good. I wear the huggies everyday (but sometimes the clasp does come loose) and the diamond station necklace is great. However, stay away from their vermeil pieces. They tarnish easily and when you reach out to Mejuri for assistance they don't really seem to care about after sales service. I have been waiting over one month now for them to be sending a polishing cloth. Initially I loved Mejuri as I like their style and price point. But after a few disappointing purchases I'll stick with other stores on sale it would be about the same price.
