I got one of the heirloom rings. Unfortunately the first one got a random crack in the gem. Months after the initial purchase I notified the team and they happily credited me the original price once returned. I then got a new heirloom ring. However, I got the wrong size somehow so had to send it back which they obliged to with no difficulty. I now have the perfect fitting ring and other rings from here that I wear daily. I have a sensitivity to materials if not at least around 14k gold and have had no issues with any of my jewelry. This is my main store to purchase jewelry as they have plenty of options, trusted quality and the option of a payment plan also helps when needed !
