Mejuri is overall amazing. What they do really well is everything the advertise - the designs are great, good value, transparency, fast shipping, good return policy, etc... What can be a little frustrating, and this has happened twice now, is a little disappointment when some of the final products show up. I had a neclace and ring both with 50+ diamonds in them, and the videos and images on the product page of the website are a little misleading... both products seem much smaller than advertised. Again, that is probably on me as the consumer not reading exactly the carrot size etc... but just looking at the images and videos they feel much smaller in person. But still rate a 4 out of 5 because the product and company are great.
I had a pair of real (not plated) gold hoops break after only a year of wearing them occasionally, and support did not help me replace them or anything. I mean, how can something be called quality when it breaks after only a year with minimal use? It was not wear and tear, the post from inside the hoop came off and fell inside the hollow hoop so there was no way to even get it repaired since I could not get the post out. Really crappy quality and i no longer tell my friends or family to purchase from mejuri.
Lovely designs, both simple and unique. Solid gold made affordable, some in my price range some not. I have a necklace and two pendants/charms and I love them, I wear it everyday and it’s very comfortable and the quality is great. Clasp quality is great, not fear of breakage. I will shop again and again.
