I ordered an item I did not love and wanted to exchange it right away for another style, extending the 20% discount. I think this is reasonable but was told it was not possible. It was pretty disappointing!

Undelivered goods and agents are not empowered to help

I placed in order with Mejuri on 27 Nov with 2-4 day express delivery and am still waiting for its arrival. They have disabled their phone lines and the people on chat are not particularly helpful. When asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t process it because it is lost in the mail. This company used to be good but have gone downhill.
