Purchased from here based on their clear promise that the item would be delivered before Christmas. That promise fell flat. Despite raising concerns about the ETA earlier in the week and receiving reassurances, they failed to deliver on their word. True to the disappointing trend of many companies today, instead of owning up, they promptly passed the blame onto the shipping company. Their customer service is abysmal, rife with deceitful advertising that lacks any genuine commitment. While the jewelry may be aesthetically pleasing and well-packaged, that's where the commendations end. Given their woeful response and evident lack of integrity, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money ordering from here.
