Mejuri is an excellent place for any item of jewellery! As someone who has multiple items from them I can honestly say that their jewellery is some of the best out there. It is so high quality and at such a reasonable price considering the materials used. After wearing their earrings everyday for over a year, I can still say they look as lovely as when I first bought them! I get so many compliments on them too.As far as their customer service goes it is amazing, having bought products both online and in store. They are really helpful and great at recommending new pieces that will work with what you already have. Cannot fault them as a brand as they just exceeds expectations on every front!
I don’t know what changed. I was an huge fan of the brand annd ordered the exact pair of my favorite earrings since I lost one and now I can’t even wear them. I get a crazy rash anytime I wear them. I wish they were made the same they were in the past. I will not be purchasing from the brand again, unfortunately.
I wanted my product shipped originally, but instead received an email to pick up in SF store. I couldn’t do that and notified Mejuri by email and couldn’t really get it resolved until I called the store directly and they took care of it. But gift wasn’t in time for Xmas present.
