Condescending salesperson

I asked if there was a teacher discount, citing a previous time I was there and someone offered me a discount. (Looking back, it's possible that she gave me a local's discount.) But what was disappointing was the way the salesperson replied to me. She basically insinuated that I was lying about having been given a discount. It honestly left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning to the store.

Your company has been very helpful in replacing a defective piece of jewelry. (An open opal ring)It was replaced by an open diamond ring which my daughter really loves as it was a birthday present. We are very satisfied and will surely do business with you in the future.

My recent brush with this brand has been a maddening journey through the depths of their astounding ineptitude, leaving me fuming with the kind of anger that only gross negligence can inspire.Let's dive into the first act of this horror show: a mind-numbing 20 days to process a refund. I returned an item, expecting a seamless transaction, but Mejuri decided to play a twisted game of financial cat and mouse. They held onto my money for an agonizingly absurd amount of time, displaying a level of disregard for customer well-being that is nothing short of infuriating.But wait, there's more. In a spectacular display of financial recklessness, Mejuri managed to charge me twice for a single order. Bravo! If their goal was to create a financial Chernobyl, they succeeded with flying colors. Not content with this feat, they then froze my bank account, holding me hostage in a financial purgatory for an excruciating seven days. The audacity!Attempting to communicate with Mejuri's customer service has been a lesson in futility. Their responses are as sluggish as a snail on tranquilizers, and their ability to resolve issues is a joke. It's as if they're blissfully unaware of the havoc they've wreaked on my financial stability.To those contemplating a dalliance with Mejuri, I implore you to run – run far away. This is not a company that deserves your trust or your hard-earned money. I had to solve Mejuris problem for them and they never explained the technical issue they had with their website. To “make it up to me” they have offered a 15pc on a future order ie they can only help me if I spend more money with them. This is not acceptable and an awful way to treat customers because it only benefits them and does not take into account I may never make an order with them. They also said they retrospectively applied a discount for me, as if I should be so grateful, when it was what I was entitled to when I made the order the first time but their website had a glitch. Awful company. Awful customer service. They said in their previous response in my review about a standard they hold. Absolute lies. Happy to take money and not refund it / fulfil order. Do not help with solving issues. Their offer to make up for poor service is unacceptable. Never buying from here again.

My daughter loves the look and style of…

My daughter loves the look and style of Mejuri ( I would say her friend's that are in their late 40's) do as well. My main concern is the price. I believe the price is fine, but then when I see the fact the jewelry has a 2 yr warranty I wonder if purchasing a product that is gold and has a life-time warranty might be best? To date there have been no issues that I am aware of.
