I recently visited the store on Kings Road and was disappointed by the customer service. Two staff members were busy assisting customers, which I completely understand. However, I waited quite a while without anyone acknowledging me or letting me know they would be with me shortly. Ultimately, I decided to leave without making a purchase.This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately, both times I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and lacking warmth or personality. Given this experience, I don’t think I will be shopping there again.
Shopping online with Mejuri was super easy, so was exchanging my ring in-store, even though I was beyond the exchange window. The store associates were super accommodating and even though they didn't have the size I needed in-store, they had it shipped to my house quickly and I had it later that week!
I thought there was an unexpected delay in my order but when I reached out, two customer service people replied and explained the delivery date was postsed (I missed it on the website) and made sure I was OK with the delivery then followed up to see if I had additional questions - all very professional and appreciated.
Great customer service! I had an issue with the clasp on a necklace. The spring had broken and neckalce would not connect. I reached out to them. The responded immediately. I personally did not expect a whole lot considering it was a $50.00 piece of jewerly. I was wrong! They were so professional. Their rep, Gina was amazing. I highly recommend this company!
