I ordered three items that would be shipped via FedEx. I requested the shipment to be held at FedEx pick up location. Only part of my order was delivered to pick up location and the other part delivered outside my home which put the package at risk of theft. Luckily my neighbor grabbed my package for me since I wasn’t home at time of delivery.
I’m extremely disappointed with Mejuri. I bought a gold bracelet as an anniversary present for my husband, and it broke in less than two weeks of normal wear. When I reached out to customer service, they didn’t offer any repair, replacement, or real solution – just left me with a broken bracelet that I can’t even use or gift properly. For the price and the brand’s reputation, I expected much better quality and support. I won’t be ordering from them again.I am also awaiting for their reply to my response back to them accusing me of causing the damage 🤯: « …I am extremely dissatisfied, as I would not expect an item of this nature to fail so quickly under standard usage.I also strongly object to the suggestion that I have caused this damage deliberately, which I refute entirely. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods purchased must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Clearly, an item that breaks within such a short period does not meet these requirements.Under the Act, as the fault has occurred within the first 30 days of purchase, I am entitled to request a full refund, repair, or replacement. I am willing to accept a repair or replacement at this stage, but I am not prepared to accept your decision to leave me with a broken bracelet and take no further action… »Will write an update once I hear back (or not) from them.
Went into 2 different stores, one for a pickup exchange and the other to make my first purchase. Both times I was met with excellent customer service by both employees who assisted me. Very please by their kindness and allowing me to try on many different jewelry pieces. Definitely a new loyal customer and looking forward to growing my collection of Mejuri Jewelry.
The items are delivered quickly. Even though I ask for less packaging, I still find it to be a bit too much packaging. I understand that items need to arrive in perfect condition. I tend to put on the jewelry and not take it off for months. I’m just on the go and exhausted.
