I had such a positive experience in their Covent Garden store. Afterwards I was thinking this is my new favorite jewelry store but the jewelry itself is bad quality. I bought one diamond stud for just under £200 and it fell out after less than a month of wear and so is gone forever. Another small cartilage hoop was so badly designed it caused irritation in my ear and then the latest small hoop I ordered broke as I was putting in for the first time!I have seen countless reviews online saying similar things where people have bought jewelry only for it to fall out and be gone forever. I would not recommend their jewelry sadly.
I love mejuri pieces - the rings I bought are all beautiful- shiny and the stones are beautiful and so sparkly. I love I can save the pieces in my account to buy later. I love their style suggestions. The process of buying and shipping was seamless and convinient. I only wished they have 1/2 sizes in more of their rings.
I purchased a pair of earrings in store, and the clasp on one failed before I had gotten to my car. I contacted mejuri customer support and they provided a quick solution. My earrings are beautiful and I’m very happy with my purchase! Will definitely shop here again!
Customer service when you do an exchange or especially return they are very rude almost seem bothered . Forgot to mention to the point I rather avoid going in to the store. You have beautiful pieces but the service makes me go elsewhere.
