I bought my daughter earrings for her birthday specifically during your sale. I asked and was told that if she did exchange them I would still get the sale price on whatever she chose. Since she already had similar earrings, she did exchange them for something of her choice and the staff would not allow the same sale price ok her new purchase, as promised. I was extremely annoyed justifiably. That purchase I had planned for as a senior, then cost me more money.
