Ordered a ring for my wife’s birthday

Ordered a ring for my wife’s birthday. Paid on order expecting delivery in 2-3 working days. Two weeks after the payment and after multiple emails there is no shipment day, no indication at all the Mejuri is at all able or intending to fulfil the order. The emails are of the Chatgpt variety, with no substance whatsover. In fact it feels like a fraud. Avoid.

Jewellery is not that great looking and customer service is terrible

Mejuri jewellery is nice but not that beautiful. I like their solid gold jewellery.My mum bought me a necklace from mejuri for Christmas, and I was admitted to hospital shortly afterwards. Although I had a reason why I was late to exchange the item for something I liked, I had to go back and forth emailing with the U.S. team. It is so simple. Just let me exchange already!!! They made it so hard for me to do something so simple. For that I give 3 stars only.
