The girls in the store are super helpful once they know that you actually want to buy.Where I appreciate less pressure around my purchases. It was like once I bought something and then I had questions couldn’t be bothered with the questions.
Our daughter and I went in for ear piercings. This is the first time that we had been in the store in Chicago. We had appointments and were taken on time. The woman who did the piercings was lovely, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name at this point. She took her time with us, advised us on styles of earrings that would work for the area of the ear we were having pierced. While we were in the store, I saw an item that I wanted to try on. There was another wonderful sales associate that helped me with that, found the right size for the ring and purchased that also. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I’m planning on going back in the fall for another piercing. An all around positive experience.
