I have purchased several pieces over the last 5 years and whether they were online or in store the service was always immensely kind and helpful. The jewelry is stylish and beautifully crafted and as a consumer I certainly appreciate the excellent price point.
I was very disappointed that my bracelet which I had for a few weeks fell off my bracelet since one of the links probably broke where it was clasped on. I wear it daily and one day just noticed it was gone. Super disappointed and will never buy another Mejuri bracelet again. Went into store and warranty doesn’t cover that apparently.
First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jewelry. The reasonable price and variety are undeniable and the delivery was good.Although, with the first order I placed, I had some problems with the delivery, this did not change my opinion about the company itself, so the second time I placed another order, the delivery was successful. Keep the good work,and I 'll come back on your site.
Honestly, your customer service is five star, but I’m giving you 2 because I returned the same pair of earrings multiple times with a defect and I really loved the earrings. I hated to return them so I guess my biggest issue has been the quality.
