Poor quality and customer service unhelpful

Beware of this company. There is no phone number to reach support. Customer service can only be reached by email or text, and they are slow and unhelpful. After going back and forth for over a month, the issue wasn't resolved. Would not trust this company again after having such a poor experience. Quality of the earring was also poor. It was small and looked nothing like the photo. Do NOT recommend.
