The customer service was awesome. Friendly and knew what i was needing. I had to exchange the rings i bought for a larger size. However, since the return took some time, by the time i received store credit, the sale on the rings went away. So, i had to pay more for the rings a second time which is annoying. But the return process was fairly easy, just print the return receipt and ship back in the box the item was sent in and wait for the team to respond. However, my fiancé loves the jewelry so no complaints. Thank you
I would NEVER purchase from Mejuri again. They do not require signature on delivery. They claimed they delivered a package at midnight in December. I never got it. There were no photos of the delivery. They took days to respond to my email so any hope of a Christmas gift was lost. And now they insist I still pay the $431. Awful customer service!!
