I love your very cute jewelry styles. I’ve bought several pieces that have held up perfectly. Everything shipped in a timely fashion. One shipment took five weeks to be delivered , and was in stock, but customer service was helpful. I wish you offered everything in white metals as well as gold. There are several pieces I’d buy if I had white metal as an option:)
My granddaughter lost the backing of one of her Mejuri earrings as it slipped off and went down the shower drain pipe. I had to write to the customer service to request a replacement for the 14k backing. The customer service rep said that they'll conduct a thorough review and get back to me with a decision in 1 to 3 days. But 10 days later there was no response. However, a different rep helped me and resolved the issue the same day. Within 2 days we had the backing delivered. So some inefficiencies in the system are there but the story has a happy ending.
Order was sent without gift packaging for a gift. I was told I’d have to return the order and re-order to receive extra packaging. Second order arrived missing an item. Correspondence suggested I didn’t inspect my order well enough to find missing item.
Always love mejuris service, both in store and online if I have any inquiries. My gold vermeil necklace which I have worn daily without fail for 4 years, is just now starting to tarnish a bit. I do not take it off to exercise but I do take it off to shower and sleep. I think that's actually quite good for vermeil! My solid gold pieces are holding up very well, I have had those for a little over 2 years.
