I really do love mejuri, I have a lot of rings and earrings. I recently bought two bracelets around the same time and they both broke within a couple months. Disappointed in the bracelet clasps. I sent in a warranty claim for both and only got approved for one. I wont ever buy a bracelet again from them or anything with a clasp. Love the rings and earrings though
Mejuri is such a solid company- their customer service has always been amazing, their products ship quickly, and their jewelry has become a staple of my everyday as well as elevated style! I get so many compliments on my earrings and necklaces I’ve ordered, and love the quality of all of them! I especially love their varying hoops selection!
I returned items that were sent to me that I didn't want anymore b/c I had ordered two of them b/c the price had dropped. I sent back the items and they claimed that they were scratched, even though they were never used and I returned them in the exact same packaging that it was sent to me in. Instead of giving me a refund, they gave me a store credit which I didn't want. UPDATED: Customer service reached out and I am happy with the resolution.
I enjoy Mejuri and have been a long time customer. My only complaint is that I returned some items from Christmas within the return window and received a credit instead of a refund. The items were completely unused and had the tags attached.
I love my silver square hoops so much, I bought them for my sister in gold and myself in the next size up. I do wish the "large" size was a bit bigger; it is comparable to the medium size so much so that it doesn't make a lot of sense to own both. But I love the design so much I am keeping both pairs. They are classy, simple, elegant, understated, and so incredibly comfortable.
