I ordered a suit, expedited delivery (paid a lot of extra money). After 4 days I had to contact them and they suddenly had questions regarding size. I answered. Long story short they never sent my suit and will not refund over $200 that I paid. Now they refuse to respond to my emails or calls.
Terrible service. There's no tracking shipment notifications. You try to check it, the site doesn't even work. You try to use their automated chat to check the status, it doesn't bring anything up. Tried calling, no answer. This online store is a waste of time.
How is such blatant fraud left unchecked by the authorities. I'm getting married and my fiancee wants me in a pink and white tuxedo. Checking online I can't find anything tolerable. Then I find one that I like, and show it to her, but when I go back to make the purchase it's listed as a different company. So men's usa has numerous other company names all with the same product line, pricing, and specials. Choose a free dress shirt any color or any color tie and hankie. With purchase of any 4pc suit. So my delivery came, and out of 6 items, I only got 2. And the most prominent and expensive item the suit jacket was not in my package. And the quality of the fabric is ridiculously bad. It's literally like wearing a table cloth. I could flex my muscles and rip the fabric like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'm a dumbass for not reviewing them first. With what was delivered and what I paid I've lost 205 dollars. If they don't get my items with time for me to have them tailored before my wedding. I will seek arbitration. I need my items if I have to buy them elsewhere to complete the set. Men's USA will be liable for the bill. I paid extra for Express shipping 3 days. And it took them 10 days to send me literally 1/3 of my order.
The customer service representatives were amazing and helped me choose a tuxedo for my husband who needed a classic cut. After I placed the order, I read so many negative reviews that I thought I should cancel. It was too late for that and when the tuxedo arrived, we were blown away. The quality is SUPERIOR and it looks and fits like a custom made suit. For the same price as a rental, we own a gorgeous tuxedo which looks and fits better than any rental could ever look. We will be buying our suits here in the future. Hats off to this company!!
I gave them one star because that was the lowest rating I could give. This company is the worse. They sent me the wrong tuxedo and the wrong size. I could not prove that the tux they sent was different than what I ordered but the size discrepancy was glaring. I ordered a white dinner jacket with a black shawl lapel. What I received was a full all white tuxedo suit (two sizes too large). Definitely not what I ordered, and they would not listen to reason. However, they still charged me a "restocking" fee, and I had to pay for return shipping even though the error was clearly theirs. Plus, they told me that if I didn't send back their crappy hanger, I would be charged an additional $15. I began to wonder if this was all part of their business model to increase revenue. Their customer service sucks, and they are rude. Wedding parties, prom goers, Devine Nine Fraters and anyone seeking formal wear, DO NOT BUY FROM MENSUSA, SUITS USA, EMENS SUITS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES. You will be very disappointed. I wish I had known...
Sent me the wrong suite and wrong size. Spent 4 hours trying to get them to explain how to return suit. They sent me 15 emails claiming they already sent me an email they never sent. Beware this company used the name menssuitesatlanta that doesn’t exist. They use fake names all over the country because Mens USA has such a bad reputation.

These people suck don’t ever buy from this store. I got robbed for $189. Supposedly I was getting a silk red shark skin suit 52 and 46 in the waist they send me a blazer no pants no vest Brown was not even the suit that I ordered. They don’t pick up the calls. They don’t. It’s hard to communicate with them. They answer you five days later. They don’t return calls and nothing not a good store. They’re garbage.
