If there was an option to leave zero stars this would be an option. The customer service is shocking and neither the Salisbury Branch or Head Office care about their customers. Car purchased in January and the brake warning light came on not long after the purchase. Numerous emails and calls to the branch to be told they are not willing to help! This is now an ongoing complaint as I've been called a liar when the evidence is in black and white with the MOT and Service to prove the full checks prior to purchase where not undertaken. Avoid Mercedes Salisbury - they have my money so why should they help now!
