Review Time
The tyres replacement was done in Stockport on 22/1/25. I do a check up and their report suggest me to change the tyres. No one told me that my Bridgestone tyres will be replaced with Nexen tyres which is much cheaper. If I were informed I would not have them replaced.
Mercedes Stockport. Over the last month I have attempted to test drive a new AMG GT. A catalogue of lousy customer service. First visit. Queue to meet a sales person. Wait 20 minutes until he arrives. No vehicle available. Arrange a later date. Second visit. Queue to get in once more. Wait for a different sales person. Apology because someone (un named ) should have rung me earlier to say the vehicle is off road. Wasted journey. Promise to re arrange from Richard ? reputedly a sales manager. Third inter action. Ring as heard nothing from no one. Ring again and complain about lack of service. In spite of all of this I have as yet heard nothing after nearly one month.
Mercedes Me Charge cancellation nightmareI previously had a Mercedes and at the time signed up for a Me Charge card. I have been trying to cancel this since the beginning of November 2023 and been passed from pillar to post as I don’t have access to the app any more so just needed someone to assist me at Mercedes to do this. I gave up and just cancelled the subscription through my bank to then still get invoices sent for Jan to April 2024 asking for monies. I thought by getting in touch with the UK Mercedes charge team they would assist and realise it was a mistake on their side but no, they seem hellbent on making me pay despite me sending copies of proof that I requested cancellation. I am disgusted at the incredibly poor level of customer service delivered by such a prestigious brand literally the worst experience and one that has put me off ever wanting to have anything to do with Mercedes moving forward
Bought a new Mercedes CLA 45 AMG. Worst decision ever, multiple faults, not a bit of support from Mercedes UK. 33,000 miles from new, it’s had multiple software faults, misted up headlights, one new stop start battery, new discs (rusted), headlight sensor. New radiator fan (£900), now the paint is bubbling all over the car, needs a full re spray bare metal. I have to pay half they say. Jupiter red. Never touch a Mercedes ever again. Supposed to be an aspirational car. Rather than a money pit with little or no support from Mercedes.
OMG they are the worst company. I have two merecedes benz and EVERYTIME I am due to take it in to Synter they ring and cancel the appointment. They don't have a courtesy car, their ramp is broken, they are overbooked, they've run out of brains. They are absolutely totally and completely crap on every single level of customer service, and I will never ever buy a Mercedes again, I now have a car due a first MOT that cannot be driven(Even though mercedes had it three weeks ago for warranty work and failed to do the MOT) Never buy a Mercedes and NEVER use Synter
I have had two occasions to call upon Mercedes customer service UK, and on both occasions, they failed miserably! They are incompetent, will not take charge of your customer service issue, will not escalate upon request, will not give you updates, will not give you a complaints procedure and will give you default answers every time you email them, default answer “apologies for the inconvenience”. What use is this!. Basically, there is no substance In their responses, and they act like robots! The aforementioned comments have been raised on many occasions over the past couple of weeks and Mercedes UK customer service have failed abysmally. They are just a fire guard, and that’s all they act as as they give you no information, and leave you without services you’ve paid for. My navigation subscription on my 10 month old Mercedes was cancelled, for no reason. Whilst this is clearly a mistake as it should be for three years, Mercedes failed to update me, failed to escalate, failed to assign me a complaints manager failed to give me their complaints procedure even though I have requested it on several occasions. For a premium car company, Mercedes should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, for their poor customer service and for the way they treat their customers. Once they have your money and you’ve bought the car, they don’t care! Well, that’s certainly the impression they’ve given me on the two occasions I’ve had to deal with them. Absolutely appalled disgusted I’m pretty cheesed off. Get it sorted Mercedes, Get your house in order, get a complaints manager on board, and treat your customers who have a complaint, with respect and sense of urgency. My Request Number: 09736290. We bought a brand new Mercedes GLA45 AMG.8 years on a rear suspension spring has snapped.You can’t buy from anywhere…..even Mercedes. Mercedes stopped making them from 6 years of age.How pathetic. 52k for a car that’s useless.Mercedes gets a big middle finger.
The worst experience of buying an EV carI applied for PCP and payed the deposit, then I had an email with a refund, I tried to ask the sales they told me they had no idea, and advised me to ask the finance who did not even try to check my case, he kept telling me to go back to the sales, I made a complaint to the customer service who told me that they will figure it out but no response, I just wanted to know why my request was rejected, or a rejection email but no thingI choosed to keep my old Toyota rather than having a new MercedesReally shame on you Mercedes
have never experienced such poor service from a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz, especially at the Watford branch. From the start, it has been a complete nightmare dealing with Jake Edwards and the service team, who seem to lack both competence and care for their customers.I took my Mercedes GLC in because it’s still under a 12-month warranty and was having issues with the start/stop function. Jake assured me they had checked the battery and that everything was fine. But guess what? The start/stop feature wasn’t working as soon as I drove off. To make matters worse, I was promised that the shock absorbers would be changed during this visit, and surprise surprise—they weren’t.So, I took the car back for a second time. This time, they apologized, changed the shock absorbers, and charged the battery. The start/stop function worked for exactly three days before failing again. Now, the Mercedes app shows my battery as only partially charged. I had asked them to just replace the battery, following advice from another Mercedes dealership in Newcastle, but Jake refused, saying it would be wasting their money if the battery wasn’t the problem. Well, guess what? I’m the customer, and I’m not here to help you cut costs on a car still under warranty! This is unacceptable.The radiator fan has also been an issue since I bought the car from Mercedes Newcastle, making a ridiculously loud noise. During my visits to Watford, I brought this up multiple times. First, they dismissed it as “normal,” then they actually bothered to check it during the second visit but claimed there were no problems. And yet, the fan is still making the same loud noise now that I have the car back! I specifically asked them to replace the fan, and they flat-out ignored my request. Unbelievable!I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the complete lack of service and care I have received at Watford Mercedes. They don’t listen to their customers, they don’t follow through on their promises, and they clearly don’t care about resolving ongoing issues with their vehicles. I will NEVER buy another Mercedes again and will be advising everyone I know to avoid both the Watford branch and the brand altogether.Save yourself the headache—go elsewhere. The service here is a disgrace to the Mercedes name.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES VEHICLE.I WILL BE TAKING MY COMPLAINT FURTHER TO MOTOR OMBUDSMAN AND RECCOMEND YOU TO DO THE SAME IF NEEDED!
