Review Time
I have bought a ton of clothes from Mia Belle Girls-super cute, unique, great price point and quality. My daughter always stands out when she wears an outfit from this company. All of their clothes are very age appropriate and glamorous.
I have ordered from them in the past and have been happy. The last few orders I have been very unhappy with. The quality of the clothes is not what it used to be. I tried to return a dress that my daughter did not like (the first time ever returning something) and they rejected the return. They stated that it was “used”. I would NEVER return something that was used. They wanted me to pay for it to be shipped back to me or they would donate it.
I got 2 matching mommy and me sets and I love them! They fit true to size and are quality material. I also got a mystery gift which is adorable. My daughter is a 3t size and I'm a large. I also got her a pumpkin patch set and they are exactly like the pictures. They arrived quickly and I even had to message them because I accidently ordered 2 on one item by accident and they fixed and refunded it right away. I used the shop app and it worked easily. I also used a discount code and it worked as expected. Truly love this company!
I ordered an outfit for my daughter to wear when she took pictures. Must of the order came promptly . I am still waiting for the boots it has been 3 weeks since I ordered . When I placed the order I sent a message and asked how long would it be from order to delivery, they responded with 6 days. Well it has been 15 days now and I have sent emails no response at all. The boots cost 65 dollars and I did t get them for her pictures so I want my money back . But moons will respond this was my last option.

Update: Finally refunded for the items. Company told me that my items have not yet shipped and inferred that I misunderstood the situation. As I have screenshots showing actual pictures of the sweaters with a headline "the rest of your order is on its way!", I'm guessing that means either their computer system does not work properly or they provided false info either in their email or in their response to this review. Either way, just keep in mind that ordering through this site may not be a smooth process due to the difficulty contacting customer service and the inaccuracy of orders.Unfortunately, I am writing a second negative review due to completely separate issue from my recent problem a few weeks ago. As part of my initial order, I purchased two halloween sweaters which we pre-ordered and set to ship mid to end of September. The tracking for these sweaters says it was delivered on 9/29, but the package contained a pair of shoes I had previously ordered and already received. I have sent emails asking about the sweaters to Mia Belle on 10/1 and 10/4 (again, because they do not provide a customer service phone number) but have not heard back from anyone. I am guessing these sweaters will not arrive, or at least not in time for the Halloween season. I have ordered one time from Mia Belle and received wrong items in both parts of my order and getting a hold of customer service has been awful unless I post public reviews on these type of review sites.
