Absolutely loveeee the ease of the website and the images & reviews which makes it easy to choose styles! Wonderful selection of items! My entire family is ready to spoil all the girls this holiday season, their favorites are the coats (super classic and detailed).
PLEASE READ AND COMPARE WITH THE MANYBOTHER REVIEWERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.Ordered my daughter's halloween costume and it had an estimated shipping date of 9/24/24 with arrival estimated as 9/29/24. Shipping was delayed until 10/4/24. On 10/8/24 the item still has not shipped. After attempting to contact the company through their customer service email (2x), chat bot (countless times), and social media (2x),I filed a complaint with the BBB because that seemed to be the only place they responded to anyone. They sent a reply that they could not help me because their system showed my order was canceled. They sent the response at 11:19. At 11:25,they canceled my order. I'm frustrated because this was the final piece to my daughter's halloween costume and now we will be scrambling to find a replacement.I also do not appreciate a company that is so deceptive. Instead of addressing the problem, they are pretending I canceled the order. They have countless customers with similar complaints but try to hide them by blaming the customer. If I had done my due diligence, instead of just looking at the star rating,I would have never ordered from this company.
