I can not praise enough the brillant customer service I have received from this company, I ordered some dresses, and they were just not quiet the right size, Jamie went abouve and beyond to assist me, sent me a larger size, no questions asked, I will be buying many times from this company, and spread tge name around. A1 Customer Service

After being worried that my package was missing I contacted Midiross and was answered by Charlotte. Charlotte followed up immediately and found that my package was delivered (I was away at the time) and all items were present. She was pleasant, competent and very responsive. My experience with the company was very positive and I would highly recommend using them.
