I bought a dress for 700 Euro at Miinto.se and got it delivered from Poland. It was in good condition but as soon as I tried it on I realized it was too big and had the wrong fit. So I packed it back into it's original packaging and sent it back the day after.Last week I got an email from Miinto with pictures of a completely stained dress. The shop in Poland claimed that it was stained when they received the return, which is absolutetly impossible since I wasn't using make up or lotions. It's obvious that the shop doesn't want to loose out on a good deal, so they have either stained the dress themselves or taken pictures of another dress with stains. Now they are sending a destroyed dress back to me and not refunding me. Miinto doesn't want to take responsibility and refuse to refund me. Beware of this scam company!! Never again Miinto
