Review Time
I had a big problem with returning a low-quality product, boots. After wearing them for 3 days, the leather started peeling off. This is a full refund, I am sure that the boots came to me with a defect. No one except Matylda helped me for 3 months, even the store that sent the shoes sent me away! If it were not for Matylda, I would have filed a complaint against you with the Consumer Rights Society, I have already filed an application with them and they were on my side! Matylda is a super professional and you should give her a bonus and promote her and have her teach your irresponsible employees how to communicate with customers and how to solve problems!
I have ordered jacket from Miinto that was send from other country with dhl express , i got message 16october that my pack is ready to pick up at dhl self service pick up point at one of narvesen butik in Bergen , I went to pick it up and wrote PIN code I got in sms ,my name and at last my signature after box opened but it was empty inside , men who owns this narvesen where was dhl boxes sow that it was nothing inside and agree to be witness . I contacted Miinto but they answear that I signature so they can’t help me , but I explained to them that I had to signature before I could open box so that is not proof and I tald them to call to narvesen store since the owner sow that I didn’t receive anything .I had to come back to narvesen store and get written letter from the owner there who confirmed that he sow there was no package ,after that they answeared 30th of October they will look at it again, but I still didn’t got answear from them since then , I tryed to contact them many times but still no answear .I have contacted DHL 16th October and created case for lost package, they could not truck it so they sayed seller have to send them reclamation and give me my money back or send new item ( since is a seller responsibility to deliver my packed )I have contacted DHL today (26 November ) again and they sayed miinto haven’t contact them yet .Very bad customer support 😩
For the second time in the last six months, I have been told that the bar is being packed and the expected delivery time is 4-5 days, only to receive a message two days late that the order has been cancelled. Very unprofessional website, do not recommend this site to anyone that is my opinion after experiencing the way they operate. you get an encouraging Mail that the item is packed and sent and then cancel after two days
Bought a Coach bag from Mintoo end of may 2024- the bag started flaking, sent an complaint, complaint got denied: their answer is that i damaged the bag! Which is not true, the bag was only used for like 2 times and have been good taken care of. It seems like they don’t want to take any responsibilty for anything, and the customer service is so poor! An expensive bag shouldn’t start flaking in like less than 3 months!!
