Review Time
I have ordered Christmas gifts two years in a row at Miinto. Both times i have go conformation that everything is good and the order will be shipped soon. Then after quite some time i get the message that the item is not longer available and my order is cancelled. This is not the way it should work. They need to keep track on the stock. I know that lots of the things are sold through external Suppliers. But they should not be aloud to list and sell the items on different places. Luckily i got my money back. A 20% coupon is a lousy compensation as both times it has been to late to order new gifts.
Miinto sold me a product during black Friday that they did not have. So I lost the chance to buy it from another company since I was first informed about this 2 weeks after the product was paid for. In my world I am the owner of the product the time the store accept my payment, it is very unprofessional (and I doubt it is legal) to sell something you do not have.
