Milano Legacy Review – Buyer BewareI purchased a jacket from Milano Legacy and it was nothing like the photos advertised. The fabric was so thin it was practically see-through, and the so-called “denim” was clearly just a cheap material printed to look like denim—definitely not the real thing. To make matters worse, the pockets were completely fake, and the stitching was already unraveling straight out of the package.The return policy is a joke: either accept a measly 25% refund or get a $60 store credit to buy more of the same garbage. For what I paid, I could have bought a real Levi’s or Carhartt jacket from a reputable source. I only gave this brand a chance because it was advertised as Italian, but the product shipped from China and the quality reflects that misrepresentation.The glowing reviews online seem to be AI-generated or fake—don’t fall for the hype. This was a total scam and I won’t be buying from Milano Legacy again.
As a previous review states, the photo of the merchandise for purchase is Ai generated. You will receive the worst possible KNOCKOFF. When you inform the scammers you're returning the bogus item(s) they will offer a gift card for a future purchase on the site (like THAT'S gonna happen!). After you persist, you will be offered a small percentage of what you paid to keep the order. Horrible. Stay away. Delays with accompanying nonsensical excuses, followed by eventual delivery of inferior product (gossamer thin Chinese crap - the white shirt was nearly transparent, and might have caused a scandal if it came in the right size and I wore it in public). It was shipped in the wrong size. Want to return for a refund? Good luck. after months and many emails, finally got 50% refund. the alternative? This Bella Vita trench coat by Sofia Amoretti took 3.5 weeks to be delivered to me (didn'trealize the company was based overseas in China).I selected the pink color but was disappointed when it arrived in a salmon - pretty, but not at all what I wanted. The image color online was deceptive - more of a soft pink.In addition, there was no manufacturer's inside tag, no instructions on laundering it, nor a tag for hanging. It simply looked "cheap."
Purchased a Brown Polo top for £45 what arrived was a burgundy colour Polo top with the cheapest quality ever. They are based in China so returning anything will cost you a very high price. The quality of material is really cheap and awful. Their customer service team are ignoring my emails. I wish I had seen the trustpilot reviews before purchasing from them. Save yourself money do NOT shop there. I do not give bad reviews but this company is awful - sorry.
My order must have gotten lost, because it hadn't shipped a month after I placed the order. However, when I contacted customer service, they were able to get my order shipped within a few days. I love the two Linen shirts I ordered! Needed pressing, of course, but look terrific!
I bought a men's large linen shirt from them. Shipping took forever and the shirt is 1. not linen (I can't confirm what it is, because the only tag is the "L" size tag- no tag with the material listed) and 2. sized more like a women's large than a men's. Paid $50 with shipping for it. So disappointed.
