If I could give them .000001 of a star, I would. I ordered a top and matching bottom on June 12th. I noted in my order that I needed it within 8 days. Their website says it will arrive between 7-10 days. They did not respond. I wrote them again as I did not receive a tracking number. I then asked them to cancel the order because it will not arrive on time. They said they can not because then they would "lose control of the order", whatever that means. Today I asked them for the tracking number and they said they don't have one because it will not ship for another two days. Huh? Then why can't they cancel it, or haven cancelled it two days ago when I told them I no longer need it. They lie and say they have a California address but when you call the number, it's a bot saying they're not available - they are never available. I have called around the clock and get the same recording every time. I do not order things from China out of principal and becuase their quality is horrible so I always search sites to make sure they're not Chinese. This website says they're based in Germany. I looked all over the web to find them in Germay, that is a lie. Do not order from them. They are liars and undependable.
I ordered 3 so called quality polo shirt. I got 2 dozens of socks. The sad part is MilanoLegacy said they have delivered it. I have checked my mailbos=x multiple times and no Qulity Polo Shits. AVOID RHIS MERCHANT AT ALL COST. IT IS A SCAMMER.
OMG - It's literally just like everyone has said. In the photos the clothes look like rich, colorful, high quality fabric with designer tailoring. When they arrive, they are the same $2.00 clothes that you see and ignore in off-road souvenir shops.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of shorts and I did not receive what I ordered. I have emailed them several times about issuing me a refund and they what me to pay to ship them back to them when the fault is on them. Also, they only want to give me a portion of my money back originally in a form of a gift card and after several emails, now a portion back to my card. I’ve requested a full refund for not receiving what I ordered and they want me to pay to ship the item back to them. Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!!! Do Not Order From This Company!!!
It took weeks for the item to arrive. Despite claiming to be Italian, it’s actually a Chinese company based in China. The representative was responsive, but the item we received had its tag cut off. The website claimed it was linen, but the actual item felt like synthetic material. When we approached for returns, the brand offered a 50% refund on the original item. However, we didn’t want to keep it because it didn’t match the description on the website. We suspect this company is conducting a fraud.
Firstly, the item took 3 weeks to get, it was a jacket. When it arrived it looked horrible, it looked like a kid put it together with felt cloth in a craft class with strings coming loose at the button holders. It did not look like that on-line. I wanted to return it. Milano Legacy told me to return it to CHINA!!! It would cost more to send to China then the $65 jacket. They tried to offer me 40 percent off then 50 off the next purchase. Why would I want to buy garbage again? If I could give no stars I would. Don't bother. You are better off on Temu.
