Purchased what I thought was a one off 3 months access to the app. Ended up only using a couple of weeks as got bored of it for the lack depth. Nevertheless, a few months go by to discover that they have switched onto a plan and charging me every 3 months without any clear notification of their actions. Once you have provided your details the first time, just an email to confirm the access then no further communication to advise they have automatically switched to a plan nor advising that they have made another withdraw successfully for this unwanted plan.So much for transparency!!!Been in touch with Support explaining the issue. Of course, their response is simply "no refund policy". Furthermore to the treachery and lack of transparency, they have showed me they actually been charging me more than the actual plan fees, and what do they respond to that, "No refund policy"!!!So much for the told "Support desk", and what an irony when we turn towards this app for support in the first place!
Absolute fraud, no customer service and when you request a refund for a recurring payment for a service you have not used (because it’s such poor quality and cost them pennies to develop as an ‘app’), they lie to PayPal or credit card companies to keep your money when it comes out automatically for the next payment, using records which manipulate the truth about the ‘service’ they have provided. I will be reporting this further to external services. This is the most despicably manipulative trading behaviour I have ever come across and I feel absolutely abused and lied to by this so-called ‘business’. Just like other reviews have said - it’s a money-making scam taking advantage of people who may be struggling with anxiety or other mental health issues and this behaviour needs to be stopped immediately. I wish I had read all the other reviews reporting the same thing :(
I had the same problem as many other in this review. I just subscribed for one month… and now I have been charged when I did not gave permition or subscribed for any more months.The app is imposible to sort out and I think having to send an email to have this subscription is unfair!!! I want my money back and this subscription to be stopped!! The app is completely useless!!!
Scam! Fraud! There are no other words for this! They are scavengers that are thriving on people with mental problems, they are the worst of the worst! They disguise and pretend that they are here to help, but instead they scam people into subscriptions that are impossible to cancel, because they find 1000 explanations why it is impossible, and they take money from these people! Run from this scam! This is what is wrong with our world.I hope they will be sued so they won't be able to recover, they are definitely waiting for it.
I sent a subscription cancellation (through email as recommend) in the beginning of December 2024 and got charged for license at the beginning of January 2025.It seems that this is also happening for others, please fix this ASAP. I am going to block your account from withdrawing money from my card. And will advice others to do the same thing.

To make matters worse, the subscription doesn’t show up in the Apple subscriptions menu, which raises serious concerns. Customer service is unhelpful and hides behind vague terms and conditions. Numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot and the App Store confirm that many others have faced similar issues. I requested a refund, but it was denied.
