Signed up for one week, just wanted to see what they offered. Checked it out the first day I got the app, it was okay but nothing I hadn't seen/ been told elsewhere.( One week cost roughly $10) A week later just happened to check my account and saw they debited another $48. When I emailed to say there's been a mistake, may I get a refund I was told no, I approved this when I agreed to their terms and conditions.WTF? So disappointingly that an app for mental health is just a money making scam.........
Con artists. The app itself is terrible, it just takes you through a step by step guide of what overthinking is and tells you to breathe. It's as if a kid made it. The worst part of it, is that you think you're purchasing a 7 day, 1 month or 3 month "plan", but actually, you're signing up for a subscription, without even knowing it. The terms and conditions are cleverly tucked away, for you to not notice them. When I saw that after my "1 month plan" had finished, I'd been charged again, I contacted them the same day to request a refund. I got a cold email back saying that seen as they'd delivered the products and I'd "agreed" to their terms and conditions, they do not offer refunds. Utter con artists, stay well away from this app, it does nothing but actually cause you more stress and anxiety.
Wow I really should have read these reviews before handing over my credit card details. I too have just been tricked into a $50 subscription app. Useless app & useless support team. Same messaging of “unable to provide a refund as all digital sales are final”. Unethical company with no morals & very poor customer service. Like some of the other reviews also said, it’s ironic for a company that’s meant to help with anxiety & stress. I hope no one else falls for this scam.
Terrible experience. Didn’t realize it was an ongoing subscription. Tried to cancel, no response, no cancellation and then they just keep charging me. How do they get away with this crap. Not a very helpful app to begin with. More of a scam than anything.
I purchased a subscription because I was intrigued by the app description. Right after I signed in the first time I asked for a refund because it was not the guidance I was expecting but rather a constellation of things where you have to navigate to find something interesting. When I asked for a refund, that was their answer: "as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end. Since the item was correctly delivered, we are unable to issue you a refund."
SCAM ALERT: Do NOT Trust This Company!This company is an absolute disgrace! I signed up for a one-month plan, but they fraudulently charged me for additional months without my authorization. This is blatant theft! When I contacted their support team, they were dismissive, unapologetic, and refused to refund the unauthorized charge, hiding behind their “all sales are final” excuse.Their practices are deceptive and predatory—they’ll take your money and then gaslight you into believing it’s your fault. They clearly have no ethical standards and no regard for customer satisfaction.I regret ever giving them my money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam operation like the plague. You’ll thank me later.
