Started using as a free trial then cancelled within trial period. But they charged me £40 without any notification and there is no place on app to see if you are subscribing or not. They refused a refund. App is not very useful, daily tracker is confusing. Poorly created app and quite scammy in the way you can’t cancel through apple subscription only via email.
Beware poor communication of ordering processes with this company. I signed up for what I thought was only a month's trial and then was unexpectedly charged for another month ... and for twice the original payment! This was despite contacting them to cancel the subscription that I wasn't aware I'd signed up to the day before the second payment was to be made. I only became aware of the second payment after PayPal had alerted me - no communication from Mindway. I was told no refund would be given for a service I wasn't using and didn't order.
I purchased access to the app for 3 months. But today I have a subscription renewal? There is no way to even verify in the app what "subscription" you have. I never purchased a subscription it stated 3 months.Very shady if this is in fact a subscription as it was not advertised that way. Contacted customer support to see if they will refund. If not, I'm doing a charge back.
I purchased a 3 month plan and continued to be charged after my plan was over. The app automatically signs you up for a subscription and take recurring payment without your permission. They make it impossible because this is written into the Terms and Conditions that they never provide to you. The only way to cancel a subscription (that you never signed up for!) is by sending them an email which they’ll never respond to. They’ll never give you enough info to be able to request a refund from your bank. A true scam.The content of the app itself is deplorable. You are given the most basic and useless information, like drinking a glass of water to fix your anxiety. I believe the app may have been created via AI because the user interface is not useable.I’m not sure how this scam app is able to remain on the App Store after seeing that they’ve scammed hundreds of people on Trustpilot alone. That’s $81 I might never get back!
A scam.Yet another app advertising fixed period trial usage for a clear fee then claiming on the basis of some term buried deep in terms and conditions that you have never seen that a monthly subscription has been purchased. You won’t of course receive any notifications about the subscription so will only spot the issue if you have an eye on your bank account and happen to notice the payment. Multiple exchanges with the customer services team has not resulted in a refund. The content itself is pretty basic and not worth the subscription fee, in my opinion.

If they truly cared about mental well-being, they would be upfront about their billing practices.Avoid this app unless you want to be charged without warning and ignored when you try to get help.Edit as of March 4th: as with other people’s negative reviews, they reply below to make it seem like they will do something. I have already gone through the process of contacting them and they offered no refund.
Very misleading. Even though I paid for an initial 3 month plan, at no point was I aware I would then be charged for a further plan at 4 x the value. No way of even checking on the app and the only way to cancel the subscription is email a support email. Would not recommend, there is definitely better apps out there that are more transparent with their subscription.
