More stress

I downloaded this app hoping to reduce stress, but instead, it’s given me more stress. I discovered unauthorized charges on my account, which is incredibly frustrating. A mindfulness app should help users feel calm and supported, not add to their worries.Dealing with this issue has been a stressful experience, and it feels completely at odds with what the app is supposed to represent. I hope the developers prioritize better transparency and customer support in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Beware! Funds taken without known consent!!!

Be aware that this company will take money from your account regardless of you deleting the app. They reel you in and hide the fact they will continue to take funds from your account. App is a load of nonsense really and of no help at all.

WARNING! Scammers. I was stolen £80

This app needs to be deleted from app store. It charges people money outside of app store, which I originally did not spot. They stole my card details and stole money from my bank account a few months after the purchase!!!Nothing like in the adds otherwise

It is not at all what they advertise

I bought a 3 month subscription. After 3 weeks of testing, I requested a refund because it was not at all what they advertised, but rather a constellation of things that you have to navigate and fill out without much discretion. When I requested a refund, that was their response: Since the item was delivered correctly, we are unable to issue you a refund."I DO NOT RECOMMEND ITAnsewr to you Comment: I contacted you per mail befor to post this comment and your answer was that you won't refund the amount.

Not kind, not helpful, not good.

I feel completely scammed. If you're going to be a money grabbing enterprise please go into real estate or something, don't take advantage of people who might be mentally suffering. I took out a trial over the Christmas period because I was struggling, and thought I had set it to not renew, as I found the advice on it to be unhelpful. Now I find I've been charged over £53 for two months of this app which I haven't even touched since the trial. I've written to them twice and they wont refund me. I understand something must've gone wrong, but you have to adjust for human error, even Amazon refunds you for an incorrect purchase. I can't afford it. Feel used and pretty disgusted.

Scam - charge your card without permission

Scam - they sell it as a cheap "7 day plan" and then charge you $50 on the 8th day even YOU ARE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT ANY AUTO RENEWAL OR SUBSCRIPTION POLICY, not even in the email they deliver the "7 day plan". Complained but refuse to refund because "they have delivered the product" (that I never ordered or being informed). Revisited the emails they sent, definitely didn't say anything there. Misleading and doggy way of sale. Ironic that they claim to be an app to help reducing stress.The product itself is useless - basic tracking app that you can get for free elsewhere, the plan/tips are general and unhelpful.

Deceptive and misleading

Deceptive and misleading! I purchased what I thought was a trial for just a week and now I have a recurring debit card purchase that shows up for $31 on my bank account! I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute this charge and to take action to prevent this company from withdrawing any more funds. I checked and there is no way to “cancel” the subscription which I never signed up for. Scammers!!

Mucho cuidado con esa APP

Mucho cuidado!!! Creo que es una estafa, no me dejaron cancelar la suscripción y cual ha sido mi sorpresa cuando me ha llegado un recibo de más del doble del pago del primer mes. Se lo ha reclamado el primer día de cobro del recibo y no me dan ninguna solución. No os recomiendo confiar en esta APP.Take care!!! I think it's a scam, they didn't let me cancel the subscription and what was my surprise when I received a receipt for more than double the first month's payment. I have complained about it on the first day of collection of the bill and they have not given me any solution. I do not recommend you trust this APP.

They even got my review deleted.While you have to review up - customer support responds, once they get it deleted - they stop replying.It's a scam company, they take your credit card info, and don't allow you to cancel via the app - you have to reach out to customer support - 10 days no answer.Please mind that I have deleted my account, and they shouldn't hold any of my data - yet they still are happy to hold my credit card information - talking about GDPR regulation violations.It's a scam company - I'm amazed how the are even allowed on App Store.Also, most of the 5 star reviews on here - are fake - nobody can cancel - and nobody issue's refund's.Don't waste your time and money with this app - I regret ever downloading it.
