Terrible service - boots arrived damaged, returned same day over 2 weeks ago and had to chase them for refund - they deducted £7.98 from me for postage, why should I be out of pocket for faulty items!**I have emailed as per your response but not had any reply** emailed again as per your response to my review and still no further forward 23rd September - they have finally refunded the postage charges
Shoes were cheap quality and to add insult to injury they charge again to return( it’s not well advertised that this is the case) so I lost £8 in total. Avoid- the same shoes are loads cheaper on other sites as well. To add the company responded to say they had charged £3:99 because the box was damaged, this is a blatant lie, the box was returned as it was delivered to me. If you are going to con people out of money at least stand on it. I have emailed them a number of times requesting proof of the damage as I wish to raise a claim with the courier because the box was NOT damaged when I packaged it. Of course they have continued to ignore me. Please do not use this company- cheap and poor customer service
