The quality of the shoes I ordered was absolutely appalling!! The overwhelming smell of fish was the first thing that hit me when I opened the very tatty damaged box. The shoes themselves are so badly made, a complete rip off at £25 plus delivery!! I have returned but I will be out of pocket as they charge you to return, beware!!! Avoid this company.
Reached out via email as my refund has still not gone into my bank, I asked for help regarding this, asked a few questions. They replied with literally a screenshot they didn’t say “hello” “kind regards” absolutely nothing but a screenshot. They didn’t answer any of my questions or help me in resolving this query. I am absolutely shocked by the carelessness and then LAZY attitude in helping their customers, I work in CS my self and would never dream of talking to a customer like this. Unbelievably rude and disgusting.
Ordered some boots from them which I had seen on a few online boutiques however they were cheapest at Miss Moda Luxe, when they came they were really good quality and only took a couple of days to arrive considering I had chosen standard delivery! Would defiantly order more from this shop.
Sent the wrong colour boots then denied it saying taupe is camel yet the site clearly shows the 2 side by side look nothing alikeUpdate* failed to acknowledge the content in our communication regarding the screenshots of the different colours side by side on their site, clear to see they have sent they wrong item and even given them the opportunity to admit they sent the wrong boots either by a mistake or due to no stock of the requested colour.Completely lost faith in this company after reading reviews on here regarding returns issues now.Fitting the owners initials are JK and BS and registered round the corner from counterfit street in Manchester.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER
DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! They improperly packaged my items so they arrive damaged. They deduct the postage costs when you send back returns so I e-mailed them and asked them to pay the cost since it was their fault I had to return them to begin with. They agreed and waited for me to send the item. Once they received them they said they would not give me a full refund as promised and tried to gaslight me and say they aren’t damaged. I’ve now lost £8 to double postage costs when it’s their fault to begin with and they were so rude about it too! Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem. Steer clear!
