Whenever I checked the order status, it consistently showed 'awaiting fulfillment.' On December 14, I reached out to ask about delivery time, and was informed it would be 'after December 28.' I believe the website should indicate that items are made and shipped from Thailand. Ultimately, I canceled my order and received a refund, indicating the suit had not been produced.
I ordered two suits on a 2 for 1 offer back in October, and they arrived today fitting perfectly as always. While the delivery wasn't the fastest, considering the price, fit, and service, I have no complaints about either the product or the seller. For those who mention communication issues, I recommend using WhatsApp; I've had no problems reaching out. This is my third order, and I plan to order again.

I will have to contact my bank to see if I can recover my money. Avoid this seller.
I ordered a black suit, and the service was great; it fits perfectly and appears well made. While the fabric feels a bit inexpensive, it looks fantastic, which is why I chose it.
