Review Time
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I received a pair of earrings from my fiance for Christmas that arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service asking to be refunded and sent the photos of the damaged items they requested, but it has been over a month of back and forth with no resolution. I have asked several times to be refunded and have either been ignored or dismissed. I would expect a company with seemingly nice products to be much easier to contact and communicate with, and be much more prompt in resolving a problem that was their fault. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE.
After a lot of back and forth with the company (and my review here), they managed to reimburse me on the items that were never delivered. I have edited my review in light of the resolution, but I strongly recommend the company to improve their customer support. Ignoring emails and waiting for public negative reviews to do something is not commendable.
I ordered earrings for Christmas to my wife. Not only did they change arrival date to 13 of Jan, they said it arrived but it didn't. Asked me to contact their delivery services, which should be their responsibility. Contacted both the delivery companies who never replied. Had to make a dispute with my bank to get the refund I deserved.
