Review Time
My partner bought me a gorgeous initial necklace in the sale for Christmas. Not only was the delivery late, it arrived after Christmas but I had the necklace on for 48 hours and it tarnished, it broke and it has started to turn black. I follow all caution and care advice, no water, no perfume and it still has ruined the necklace. I had this on for two days. I took photographs to send to the customer care team on the 2nd January 2025, I have still not received any update/ refund or even an apology for providing a cheap quality necklace and terrible customer service.£90 necklace should not be this quality, you would expect more which is disappointing because the necklace it's self is really beautiful and delicate.
Ordered a set of earrings for a gift to my friend. Even though I didn’t see them in person, she was very happy with the design. She said they were gorgeous. They were delivered (sent to the post office) the day after I ordered. The emails I sent to Monday Monarch were replied within 24 hours by a real person! Thank you for a great service! Will keep the website for the future.
